How to Succeed in Animation

I cant believe I missed this before. Thanks to the horrible site design of AWN. This is a great book on how the animation industry works. Gene Deitch discusses many topics that are not discussed elsewhere such as animator contracts (he has a sample one too). Oh and its free and available online for you to read , head over there and check it out if you havent already!
